Amu’s products are all-natural and typically organically-grown. We don’t add any preservatives, emulsifiers, additives, coloring, flavor enhancers, isolates, or other chemicals. We use low-temperature processing technology to preserve the nutrients and guarantee the quality. The main processing we do is to mix agricultural products like superfruits, seeds, grains, beans, roots and mushrooms into incredible blends of nutrients and energies. Our superfoods are just that- foods. Not herbs, concentrates, or chemicals. You can see the production process from the video.

The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. In other words, grains, meat, vegetables and fruit should be used in proper proportions so as to ensure the optimal function of the human body.
It is from the pristine fields of Mongolia, better than organic
We grow Tartary buckwheat, Flaxseed, Black beans, Adzuki beans, White beans, Gojiberry, wild yam using natural processes in our farms in Mongolia. Also, we used wild products like lily root, hibiscus and fennel seed gathered from the untouched nomadic countryside of Mongolia. Indeed, the ancient soils of Mongolia remain untouched by pesticides and other harmful chemicals, ensuring an unparalleled, virginal soil vitality from which to develop truly clean, gluten-free grains and superfruits.
It is medicine of Buddha and other ancient masters,using ancient wisdom and ingredients
These ingredients are from Traditional Mongolian Medicine’s (TMM) sutra (scripture), which is inherited from Buddhist Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurvedic Medicine. And the master Mongolian healers have also added to this knowledge base over the years. Based on ancient understanding, every disease can be divided by cold and warm, internal or external, deficient or excessive, and affecting certain organs. Similarly, every food its own taste, function, cooling or heating effect, and organs that it reaches. When properly prescribed, these foods can correct internal imbalances. In TMM, it is understood that all diseases are a manifestation of an internal imbalance. If you correct the imbalance, the symptoms will naturally disappear.

We use gluten-free ingredients with no additives. We also dry our seed and beans in low temperature, preserving their nutrients and energetic qualties. Our all ingredients are non-GMO. We are soybean free.

We employ leading experts in the field of Mongolian Traditional medicine (TMM), Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Western nutrition; and we have partnered with professional laboratories in the Asia to ensure the purity and safety of our food products. Amu nutrition requires third-party microbiological testing and certificates of analysis from all of our suppliers for every batch of production. We do not rely on vendor certificates of analysis for testing data. The foods are tested for the following:
