  2.  Where do your products come from?
    We source ingredients from the pristine environments of Mongolia and the Pacific Northwest, USA, as well as from top-quality suppliers globally. Our own small farms in Mongolia cultivate Tartary buckwheat, adzuki beans, and mung beans. 

  3.  Are your products organic?
    Our products are wild foraged and grown organically, ensuring high purity and potency. While we currently lack USDA certification due to local auditing constraints, wild foraged herbs often surpass traditional organic herbs in natural efficacy. 

  4.  Which Amu Nutrition product should I start with?
    We recommend beginning with a personalized nutrition consultation to understand your body type. This will guide your choice of herbal teas and superfoods. Changing your hydration habits can be a simple yet effective way to improve your health. 

  5.  Are there any side effects?
    Our products are crafted from natural ingredients and are generally safe for consumption. They are designed to be gentle and supportive, suitable for everyday use. However, if you have allergies or specific health concerns, consult your healthcare provider first.

    The fulfillment time for online purchases is 2-3 business days. After the order is fulfilled, the shipping time is 2-5 business days for the products to be delivered to you.
