No. Every tea contains only real herbs, flowers, fruits, roots, and spices with no artificial additives. Some teas contain crystalline sugar which is natural ingredients used for functional health benefits based on Traditional Medicine.

How long should I steep the tea?

Steep one tea bag in 8 oz (240 mL) of hot water or boiling for 3-5 minutes. Cover the cup while steeping for the best flavor and aroma. Many blends can be brewed two or three times. Only Black Goji Berry teas cannot brew in too hot boiling water.

Can I drink these teas every day?
